The Riviera on Vaal Project

A 3 hectare stand north of the golf Pro-shop above the flood line has been earmarked for the development of 18 two bedroom suites to be sold as fractional ownership and or mixed use units. It is envisaged that three blocks of six units each will be constructed.

The development will form part of the Riviera on Vaal resort with owners having access to the facilities relating to the resort and river. Hotel facilities include:

Golf course

Tennis courts

Floating restaurant and
Swimming pool.

Fractional Ownership Agreement

The stand will be sub-divided from the golf course. The ground is under a 99 year lease and the same conditions will apply. The fractional ownership agreements will be in line with the above.
